We may collect any information that you give us.  This can include your name, address, telephone number, email address, medical and other information, together with data about your use of the website.  Other information that may be needed from time to time for use of our services.

We also collect information that is not of a personal nature.  For example, each time someone visits our website, we may collect the visitor’s IP (Internet Protocol) address and the address of a referring site.

MEDIA

In the case of boxers, we will share some of your information with other clubs, coaches or via a matchmaking service thus enabling our boxers to compete with other boxers from other clubs. You will have the opportunity to remove yourself from any mailing list if you so desire.

We collect the data which you provided us with when filling out our Registration and consent disclaimer form including medical information and registration data. To fulfil our contract, or take steps linked to our contract as required to conduct our business and pursue our legitimate interests, or for purposes which are required by law. This enables us to fulfil our insurance criteria, to take payments, to communicate with you, to provide customer service and respond to any comments or complaints you may send us. We will use data in connection with legal claims, compliance, regulatory and investigative purposes as necessary (including disclosure of such information in connection with legal process or litigation).

Data collected is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act in the UK.  All reasonable precautions are taken to prevent unauthorised access to this information.  This safeguard may require you to provide additional proof of identity if you want information about your account.

We keep your data for as long as you are a customer of ours. Should you cease coming to Hailsham Boxing Club then your data will be kept for up to a maximum of three years before being deleted
